Refund Policy:

We stand behind the quality of our Red Wigglers and aim to provide you with worms that are healthy and ready to get to work as soon as they arrive. We understand, however, that issues can arise during shipping or upon receipt. Here is our commitment to ensuring your satisfaction:

• Live Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that your Red Wigglers will arrive alive and well. Should you receive your order and find that the worms did not survive the journey, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We request that you provide photographic evidence of the condition of the worms upon arrival. Upon verification, we will either replace the worms free of charge or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

• Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled shipping date for a full refund. Cancellations made after the worms have been shipped will not be eligible for a refund.

• Returns and Exchanges: Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, if your worms arrive in poor condition and you notify us within the stipulated time frame, we will arrange an exchange or refund as covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

At VermiVillage, we take great care in ensuring that your Red Wigglers arrive promptly and in excellent condition. Below are the details regarding our shipping procedures and policies:

• Shipping Days: We ship live worms Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and ensure that our worms spend the least amount of time in transit. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.

• Carrier: We use trusted carriers with proven track records for live shipments, such as  PostNet, and Courier Guy, to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 1-3 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and your location. We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible and only charge what is necessary to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your worms.

• Packaging: All orders are packed in breathable materials that provide the necessary moisture and aeration for the worms during transit. We also include cooling or heating packs as needed, depending on the weather conditions, to maintain an optimal temperature within the packaging.

• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the progress of your shipment and anticipate the delivery date.

• Shipping Area: Currently, we ship Red Wigglers to all provinces in South Africa. We do not ship internationally yet. 

Important Note: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Follow the care instructions provided to ensure your worms adjust smoothly from shipping to their new environment. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival, contact us within 24 hours to take advantage of our Live Arrival Guarantee.
